EHA 2024 | Proteome dynamics during normal and malignant hematopoietic stem cell expansion

Maria Jassinskaja, PhD, University of York, York, UK, discusses her research using mass spectrometry to investigate intra- and extracellular proteome dynamics during normal and malignant hematopoietic stem cell expansion. The study used hematopoietic stem cells from normal mice or those with TET2 gene knock-out to characterize the proteome. This interview took place at the 29th Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Madrid, Spain.
